Rental & Reservation Policies

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Only completing the booking form DOES NOT secure your reservation.

You will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your rental.

On the day of your rental please cancel landscaping services during your reservation.

Water the lawn/area where the yard will be displayed, at least 30 minutes on the day of your reservation to ensure easy installation.

Set up and pick up will be determined based on each booking. Most setups are delivered the evening before the event and picked up the evening of the event. Unless additional days have been purchased.

DO NOT remove the display, we will be back to pick it up. DO NOT move or rearrange any pieces of the display. This will result in a $65-$125 incidental fee; cost of replacement.

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult.

DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. This will result in a $65-$125 incidental fee; cost of replacement.

You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items due to intentional damage from mowing, attaching balloons, removing, rearranging etc. The display is a RENTAL.

TAKE PICTURES! We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.

We may publish photos of your yard card on its social media pages or websites.

Gladiator Yard Expressions and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

Gladiator Yard Expressions does not install at apartment complexes.
Refund Policy

No refunds are given if the cancelation is made 14 or less days before your rental.

If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.

In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, blizzard, and any other acts of God that would put us or our lawn displays in harm's way. You will receive a refund if we are not able to set up the display due to weather.

No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.

No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display. Someone who lives at the premises must be made aware of the yard display delivery.

No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community or if access code is not given.

No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control.

We reserve the right to decline orders that are political, controversial, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be provided.
By placing an order and booking with Gladiator Yard Expressions, you agree to all policies stated above.
Custom Orders:
Yes! We can do custom orders with a 3-week lead time for design and printing. Please consult with your Yard Party manager for design and pricing. Choose your colors, finishes, embellishments, logos, size, etc.
Payment:
